New Delhi:Acharya Narendra Dev College (ANDC), University of Delhi, is set to organise SHODH UDAAN 2.0 – Undergraduate Research Odyssey on November 3, 2026, at its campus in Govindpuri, New Delhi. The initiative aims to encourage undergraduate students to develop a research-oriented approach and explore innovation beyond classroom learning.
The national-level conference will provide students with a platform to present their research ideas and creative work. Presentations are expected to include research posters, prototypes, live demonstrations and other forms of academic expression. The event seeks to create an environment where students can exchange ideas, interact with fellow researchers and gain exposure to different areas of knowledge.
Undergraduate research plays an important role in developing critical thinking, problem-solving abilities and scientific curiosity. Through this initiative, the college aims to strengthen the culture of research among young learners and encourage them to engage with real-world challenges.
The event also reflects the growing emphasis on experiential and interdisciplinary learning in higher education. By providing students with an opportunity to showcase their work, SHODH UDAAN 2.0 aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
With student participation and academic exchange at its centre, the conference is expected to offer a meaningful platform for emerging researchers to share their ideas and take their first steps towards academic exploration.
